What the drilling involves

A geothermal system exchanges heat with the stable temperature of the earth — roughly 55°F year-round just a few feet down. To reach it, we drill vertical boreholes and install a sealed, closed-loop piping system that circulates fluid between the ground and your heat pump. Done correctly, the loop field delivers reliable heating and cooling for generations. We install vertical closed-loop systems that last 50-100 years, maintenance-free.

Because we both drill and install, the loop field is engineered to match your equipment and your building, not handed off to a separate subcontractor.
